Dr. Kevin graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in economics and attended the University of Iowa, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. He went on to the University of Tennessee to receive his Masters of Science in Orthodontics.

Dr. Kevin believes that involvement in organized dentistry is a very critical piece of the continuing evolution of a professional.  To that end he holds memberships in many professional groups including: American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Southwest Society of Orthodontists, Kansas Association of Orthodontists and the Topeka District Dental Society.  He has also been very active within these groups.  He has served as President of both the Topeka District Dental Society and Kansas Dental Association while continuing to serve as a delegate from Kansas to the American Dental Association.

Dr. Kevin also believes that a professional has an obligation to give his services to those in need.  He is currently President of the Kansas Dental Cheritable Foundation, has chaired and regularly volunteers for the Kansas Mission of Mercy while donating his services for the Marian Clinic, Donated Dental Services, and Smiles Change Lives.

Dr. Kevin is a second generation orthodontist, joining his father’s practice in 1996. He has been married to his wife, Marcy, since 1990 and has two wonderful and active sons, Will and Max.  In his spare time, Dr. Kevin coaches his sons in basketball and baseball, while enjoying running, playing golf and reading.
